Refund & Return Policy

At ColorBlanky, we strive to provide the best service and products to our customers. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to understand the circumstances under which refunds may be granted.

1. Refund Eligibility

We do not offer refunds unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, personal dissatisfaction, or wrong size ordered by the customer.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if your item is damaged or defective.

To start a return, contact us at support@colorblanky.com If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be faulty or damaged upon arrival
• The item must be in the same condition that you received it
• The item must be in its original packaging with tags
• You must provide proof of purchase

If multiple items were purchased, returns apply only to the affected item(s), not the entire order unless all items meet the return criteria.

Orders refused at delivery or returned to sender without prior approval are not eligible for a full refund.

2. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of purchase only. After this window, cancellations are not accepted as orders are already being processed.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product at support@colorblanky.com. Proof of damage such as photos or videos will be required. In cases of defective or incorrect items, ColorBlanky will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Incorrect Address

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at the time of ordering, you are not eligible for a refund. Please double-check your shipping information before confirming your order.

5. Product Dissatisfaction

Refunds will not be issued if you misunderstood the product's use or are dissatisfied with it for personal reasons. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, images, and specifications before purchasing.

6. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you may return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

7. Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@colorblanky.com.
